柔性管理在应急供应链构建中的应用

摘要：突发事件的不确定性对应急供应链的运作提出了更高的要求，论文在阐述柔性管理的基本理念的基础上，尝试分析应急供应链管理目前存在的实际运作问题，讨论结合柔性管理加以解决并由此提出相应的对策建议。
